What drew you to start your business in our community?
Life-long resident of Spencer, Iowa.
Do you have a fun fact you want to share Maybe a story about the first dollar you earned?
I became a state-certified real estate appraiser in the Iowa Great Lakes area in 1996 and worked with another firm from 1993-2011. After my former employer retired, I took over the business and moved the office to Spencer, but have continued to actively perform appraisals in many counties in Northwest Iowa.
