PIN Setup & Customization
PIN Now allows cardholders to easily set or change their Personal Identification Number (PIN). Assigning PIN numbers is an added layer of security for your debit card. Plus, if you forget your PIN number through the secure process you can still update it.
PIN Now Steps:
- Dial PIN Now phone number: 1-888-891-2435
- Select English or Spanish
- Enter 16-digit card number
- Enter Authentication Including:
- CV value from current card (3-digit code on the back of the card)
- Last 4 of SSN
- 5-digit zip code
- Set your new 4-digit PIN
- Confirm your new 4-digit PIN
- Start using your card!
