Spencer, IA – March 2024 – Farmers Trust and Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Kaylene Mortensen is transitioning into her new role as Senior Loan Support Specialist. Kaylene has served Farmers Bank in the Lending Department most recently as Loan Support & Documentation. Mortensen has over 5 years in banking and finance experience. Her new role will help expand and enhance how Farmers Bank can further assist customers.
As Senior Loan Support Specialist, Kaylene will work closely with our lending team to streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver tailored solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Mortensen is a native of Spencer, IA. She attended college at Buena Vista University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Mortensen is very active in the community including her years of service as the high school dance coach and volunteering for the local YMCA.
