CONTEST PERIOD: The contest begins at 12:00:01 AM CST on 9/15/26 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on 11/30/26. ELIGIBILITY:
The 12-week savings challenge is open only to individuals who are legal permanent residents of Iowa and who have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18)) before 9/15/26. Employees of Farmers Bank and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this contest. HOW TO ENTER: During the sweepstakes period, there will be twelve (12) individual entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) in which to submit an entry. The first entry period will begin at 9:00 am CST on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and will end at 11:59:59 pm CST, Monday, September 21, 2026. Entry periods 2-11 will be going at 9:00 am CST each Tuesday during the sweepstakes period, and end at 11:59:59 pm CST the following Monday. Week 12, the final entry must be entered by Thursday, December 3rd by 11:59:59pm CST. There are three (3) methods of entry as follows: 1. Individuals must Like Farmers Bank on Facebook or Instagram, and comment on the sweepstakes message displayed for the specific entry period on Farmers Bank’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/FarmersBankSpencer) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/farmersbankspenceria) page. Entrants may comment as many times as they want, but only one (1) comment per social media forum per entry period will qualify them for the sweepstakes. The individual entering the sweepstakes must be the authorized holder of the associated Facebook or Instgram account, otherwise, the entry may be deemed void. If an entrant’s Facebook or Instagram privacy settings prevent Sponsor from seeing entrant’s post, entrant will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per individual or Facebook or Instagram account during each entry period no matter how many Facebook or Instagram accounts an entrant may have. Multiple entries per person or Facebook or Instagram account per entry period are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant during the entry period. 2. To enter without having or liking Facebook or Instagram — you may receive one (1) entry per week into the drawing by hand printing your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth and the words “12 week savings challenge” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mailing it in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to: Farmers Bank, PO Box 7980, Spencer, IA 51301. Entry must be postmarked by Dec. 3rd, 2026. 3. You may also enter on the specified cards in the lobby each week during the sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. PRIZE: Two prize winners will receive a cash prize in the amount of $150. AWARD OF PRIZE: On December 7, 2026, before 4:30PM CST, a random draw will be made from all eligible entries to identify the potential winners. Any eligible entry that is selected in the random draw must comply with these rules to win the prize. WINNERS NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be contacted via phone (Facebook and Instagram winners will be contacted through that social site for your phone number only and followed up with a phone call from staff at the bank). TO CLAIM PRIZE: To be declared a winners and claim the prize, potential winners must: (a) respond to Farmers Bank within 48 hours of notification; and (b) sign a media and liability release form before the prize is redeemed. If the potential winners does not comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winners will be chosen. WINNERS LISTING: By entering this contest, winners consents to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTIONS AND GENERAL TERMS: This contest is void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Contest is subject to all applicable
federal, state and local laws and regulations. No substitutions or transfers of the prize permitted except at sole discretion of Farmers Bank. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules as stated and accepts decisions by Farmers Bank as final. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, winners agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Farmers Bank and each of its respective officers, employees, directors, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this promotion.
