Lode, in the past 3 years has served in the Client Services department, helping support customers with electronic banking needs, such as mobile deposits, wires, debit cards, customer fraud and so much more.

Lode is a native of Ocheyedan, IA. She attended Briar Cliff University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in writing and English. She has a passion for fitness and is involved with teaching exercise classes in addition to her work at the bank.
